The Scotties that enter our Rescue Program come to us in a variety of ways.

Scottish Terrier Club of Greater New York
A Scottie Rescue is one who has been previously owned and whose owner can
no longer keep them. They are turned in for a variety of reasons and come
to us from many sources.

Individual members of the Scottish Terrier Club of New England participate
in the Club's Scottie Rescue program. Operating as a group of volunteers,
the organization has helped disadvantaged Scotties get a second chance
and a new home in the New England region.
Bonhaven Terrier Rescue
Bonhaven focuses their adoption efforts on the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. As
such, applications from this geographical region may be preferred, although
all applications will receive consideration regardless of location.
North Texas Scottie Rescue
North Texas Scottie Rescue (NTSR) is created and dedicated to the protection
of Scottish Terriers, prevention of all forms of animal cruelty and placement
of homeless dogs in life-long homes qualified to provide the care and environment
suitable for this breed or any other breed if needed.
